Without a Political Party, Independent Ballot Access is Extremely Difficult.

Follow my work to get on the ballot across the country. Launched on June 12, 2023, I am going person to person across the country, listening to you and working to get party politics out of the Presidency. With 513 days from June 12, 2023 until Election Day on November 5, 2024, I am using every single one to help you get effective government in the White House.

I have ballot access in Oklahoma.

I have write-in access in Alabama, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming.​​​​​

In these above states, please consider writing in "Chris Garrity" for President and "Cody Ballard" for Vice President.

I have currently been denied write-in access in California. I am in the process of trying to see if I can appeal or change this status, but until and unless that happens, I will not be votable in California.
